Mike Dawson graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University with a degree in computer science. He has been programming on mainframe and midrange computers since 1974. He is the author of four books on AS/400 topics ranging from performance to operations, including The AS/400 Owner's Manual for V4 and Understanding AS/400 System Operations. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
